Our Story
We’re Mary Ann and Jochen (Joe) Steinbrenner, independent Medicare brokers and the founders of Senior Success Path.
Together, we realized that our combined expertise could make a real difference in our community. That’s how Senior Success Path was born—a consulting service dedicated to guiding seniors through their healthcare options with clarity and confidence. With our backgrounds in IT and finance, we simplify Medicare and ensure our clients feel secure in their decisions.
We met skiing in Crested Butte, recently celebrated our 25th anniversary, and now live in Broomfield, CO, between Denver and Boulder, with our two sons and our dog Milo.
I grew up in Dayton, Ohio and have spent my career as an IT consultant specializing in bookkeeping, ERP and Salesforce implementations.
While managing a project that built a Medicare broker portal, I became deeply interested in the industry. I love solving complex problems and making technology accessible to those who need it most.

Ongoing Support
We help resolve issues with billing, claims, or coverage disputes even after you enroll. We help you switch during Annual Enrollment or Open Enrollment if your plan changes.
